imageHello, epic wells and beauties! We’ve come to our final Tropical Think Tank stop!

On this episode of the podcast, I talk about the third and final day at the amazing conference Chris Ducker and his team have set up for all of us – 50 entrepreneurs from all over the world, hungry to learn from the best and brightest in the field. I feel so blessed to be part of this group, and I can truly say that I’ve finally found my tribe.

It’s been one heck of a ride since a started this podcast, and during this conference – especially during this final day – I was struck with so much emotion. I broke open. And now, I feel more fired up and inspired as ever!

Listen in to my epic takeaways from the last three speakers of Tropical Think Tank – plus a pretty hilarious story about what happened to me last night! Hint: it involves organic wine and old closets!

Day 3 Speakers

Lou Mongello

www.loumongello.com

Lou is all about the love, the connection, the relationships you maintain with your audience. He started out with the Walt Disney World podcast and grown so much since. He was the one who had a very different message from everyone else. What made me totally connect with him is that he emphasized so much on creating those strong connections between you (as an entrepreneur) and your fans or audience.

When he was starting out, he built his brand via in-person meetups! Yes, he really went out there and reached out. How cool is that! I’ve always said that I’m more of the “in-person” type of girl, and I work great with people – more in real life than when I just hang out with them online. I believe his message and speech relates deeply to the core of the Art of Epic Wellness because here, in this community, we value true in-person connection.

I’ll always be grateful to Lou for opening doors for me to switch up how I will approach my community. Since I love meeting people more in person, then I guess it would be a great way to actually see and spend time with my audience.

Jadah Sellner

Okay.. this amazing, inspiring lady has been incredibly successful with her brand and business. I’ve been a fan of her for a long time now, and it was such an honor to be in the same room as she was speaking in! She totally brought the house down with all her value bombs.

She’s made Simple Green Smoothies big with her 30-day challenges! It’s something that I would definitely love to try and pattern after here at the Art of Epic Wellness, so that’s one great takeaway right there!

Jadah tells us to just love your audience! When you give love, you get love back! So true! And we’re all about giving and receiving LOVE at the Epic Wellness community, aren’t we?

I got so emotional toward the end of her speech. Jadah seriously just opened the floodgates for me. She talks about how it’s okay to be a glowstick. Sometimes, we have to break in order to shine. WOW! That totally did it for me. So inspiring!

Hal Elrod

If you’ve been listening to the podcast since the beginning, then you know that I’ve been in coaching with Hal. I’ve seen him grow exponentially over the time I’ve known him, and I couldn’t be any more proud!

Hal is the brain behind the epic Miracle Morning book, which has helped so many people in their lives – including myself. At the conference, Hal talked about emotional intelligence and how to create a mindset of “can’t change it.” What is it? Well, it’s pretty easy. When something untoward happens, or if something doesn’t go your way, you ask yourself if it can be changed. If not, then tell yourself, “Can’t change it.” And the decide to move on so you won’t be upset anymore.

As always, Hal has left me feeling inspired – and I believe everyone else in the hall felt the same thing. He just brings it! He lives by his teachings, and I’m glad he has shared his knowledge with us.

All in all, Tropical Think Tank was an epic experience! Definitely worthwhile, and I got to meet so many wonderful people!

I’m pumped up and ready to meet you, my dear epic wells and beauties! So let me know.. Be part of my first-ever meetup in San Francisco soon! Email me: [email protected] and tell me about yourself and what you would like to discuss! Woohoo! Let’s bring it on!
