Such a fun and informational podcast!
I really like this show. It's cool to hear so many stories I would have NEVER known about. Very cool idea and well executed. Love it.
A beautifully produced and narrated history podcast. The story flows nicely and the information given is easy to follow and digest. A nice podcast to both entertain and educate with!
Dives into little known tidbits from history, and presents the info in a clear, concise, and well done package.
Great podcast. Listened to Episode 21: The stranger murder and really enjoyed it. How the host tells the story makes you engrossed in the tale. Looking forward to listening to many more.
The BackTracker History ShowThankyou so much for your kind words. It makes it all worth while. ax
Alice picks some great stories; not history as taught in school, but local events and eye openers of real interest....paired with some great tracks. Well worth a listen, like, follow, share...highly recommended ? ?
The history is presented in a fun and informative way, the host's style is very calm and relaxing.
Very informative. It's nice to hear all about people and times long forgotten. Keeping them alive for the next generation.
I've just listened to 'Murder At The Inn'. I love indulging in a bit of theatre of the mind, so this was right up my alley. Everything about it was professional, from Alice's voice to the content, delivery, crisp audio quality, sound effects, etc, etc. I'll definitely be tuning in for more... :)
Fun podcast with great content, conversation & banter. Very informative stories that you need to hear! Check it out! - #ODPH
The tone and speed of the narrator was too slow and too soft for me.
One of the great things about this podcast is how much I learn in each episode, on topics I knew nothing about. Its also brilliantly British, maybe the most impressive thing to come out of Bristol since the Clifton Suspension Bridge? A delicious show for all you history buffs!
