A white paper talks about the implementation of a solution, while a case study provides actual examples of how a solution fixes a problem.A Case Study is not a press release or advertising. It's also NOT ABOUT YOU! It's about the client or customer and their story.It should also follow the example of a Hero's Journey script. While those have 12 parts, a Case Study should focus on three parts:
