The Balance Theory is hosted by Australian lawyer Erika De Pellegrin, who understands the struggle of trying to find work life balance and time management with the pressures of modern day society.


This podcast is made for ambitious people who want to discover the tools to sustainably navigate a busy schedule and live their best life in the process. If you struggle with time management, stress management, job satisfaction, prioritising, procrastinating, never having time for the things you really want to be doing, constantly find your self care or down time is rushed and unproductive (or non-existent) and regularly experience guilt and that feeling you should be doing more, you're in the right place!


Work is a part of our lives, and our lives are so much more than just ‘not work’. Balance is a unique concept, one only you can determine for yourself.
