I wanted to introduce myself, as I hadn't really taken the time to do that yet. The podcast just began as if it had always been :).

So here's a little about me.

I create a safe space for others to heal themselves in the energy work sessions I do with people. I hold various workshops and give talks, trying to empower people and show them they can heal themselves. I have spent my adult years learning about why I am the way am I, with a focus on trying to heal myself from past traumas.
