Diets and nutrition can be incredibly intimidating. We can't expect a quick fix, or a one-size-fits-all solution to hit our goals. The most important part, however, is building a foundation where you have a healthy relationship with food and your goals. This week I talk to my friend Tiffany Ma. Tiff is a registered dietitian, a powerlifter, and is a fellow plant-based person. We talk about Tiff's experiences with learning how to have a healthy relationship with food. We uncover that even performance athletes can have unhealthy and unsustainable outlooks on food, and we crack open some tips and tricks for people to learn the true balance of eating healthily.
