Ralf Etienne went from the youngest and most successful entrepreneur in Haiti to hanging upside down in a collapsed building during Haiti's 2010 earthquake. Ralf should have died like those next to him, but he shares how God spared his life. This made Ralf realize the worthlessness of his riches, position, and success. Ralf lost a leg and went through tremendous pain, but said it was all worth it to find his purpose in life. Now he helps as many other people as he can who are suffering or in need of a better life and future. Ralf started a non-profit, Rebuilding Haiti, to help his fellow Haitians struck by the hardships and natural disasters of his home country. Ralf leads hundreds of people to a better way of life helping to empower them to rise up in their full potential. Ralf also is an entrepreneur at one of the top business schools in the US. Ralf is developing different strategies and investment funds as he wants to help lead the way to help hurting people in Haiti and around the world. Ralf understands that handouts are needed at times, but to really help someone as a good leader, you must empower those following you to become their own leaders.
