Season 1 of the Canon Cantina was focused on exploring the journey of Luke Skywalker through both Canon and Legends materials. We sought to explore the question "who IS Luke Skywalker?" by comparing the two different storylines in the time leading up to Episode IX. Now that the Skywalker Saga is complete, we have expanded the scope of the show beyond Luke Skywalker. Everything after our Force Awakens-style soft reboot can be found in Season 2. Technology & travel issues kept us from getting this up on Friday, but these are our initial thoughts of Episode IX recorded late on Thursday evening. We have each seen it at least once since recording this, so some thoughts have already changed, but we wanted you to hear our adrenaline-fueled reactions. One thing is for sure: we'll be talking about Rise of Skywalker for a long time.
