In this episode I speak with Margo Tirado.
Margo Tirado is a Psychotherapist, Emotional Habits Coach, and Professional Speaker with over 25 years of clinical experience. She specializes in developing gender-specific therapeutic insights that empower women to cultivate and honor the power of their voices. She is a sought-after speaker, having developed a series of workshops which focus on empowering women to amplify their voices. Margo just gave her first TEDx talk at Grant Park Chicago- How to Quiet a Shame-Producing Toxic Voice. She is the co-creator of the DASH Conference for Women, an adjunct professor at Huntington University, and the author of the forthcoming book, The Ten Habits of Empowered Women.
In this episode, we talk about inner power and owning it, self-awareness, finding your voice, fear, rocking the boat, the "feminine experience," and her soon-to-be-released book The Ten Habits of Empowered Women.
