Eric and Cobus have done something extraordinary in this podcast: they have highlighted, humanized and objectively provided a space for discussions about these two lesser known, lesser understood areas of the world (China and the continent of Africa) and the current business and political ties that bind them. This is NOT the dry news you grew up with. This is lively discussions about modern issues revolving around the geopolitical world that the Africa-China connection inhabits. The two hosts have deep knowledge and experience about this topic area and yet stay open to talking to other researchers and professionals in the space. Creating a lively, timely and informative podcast on such a topic is a difficult task and these two gentleman handle it with ease, humor and a global perspective. Bravo.
