Sara talks about having a near-death experience in 2000, which was her big marker that changed her.Segment 2:Sara talks about being on a plane and losing oxygen in the cabin. She realized what an enormous blessing her life has been, and realized that if this were it, how rich and full it had been. As she watched the cabin, everyone was calm and still. They made the landing, but she was completely changed. She had no spiritual background, but after wandering for some time she did eventually find her own path. She finally found ecstatic dance, a dance to get your processing done. She began to meditate as well. She wrote her first book, “Writing the Divine.” Initially, she wanted to be a novelist, but when she found an agent, they asked her to write a book about channeling. She wants to teach other people to connect and channel their energy the way she learned to.Segment 3:Sara has written 7 books total. She talks about “Messages from the divine,” with 66 lessons and exercises. You read each chapter at the level of your own consciousness. This is different from the first book, as this one is the “real work.” Her concentration has developed to a higher level after years of practice. This book discusses being woken up and channeling in the early hours. She wants everyone to allow themselves to be patient and consider it an unfolding that may take many years to happen. “If we allow ourselves to connect into everything, we allow ourselves to be our spirit self, but in our human life.”Segment 4:“How do we allow our soul to be more in charge?” Sara explains that what she’s found is that when you live for our goals, going forward, the goal is to follow in the flow of the universe. If we keep going to our flow state instead of trying to go through life on our own, it breeds so many different possibilities. Let the universe decide.
