The Context of White Supremacy hosts our weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This program is specifically engineered for problem-solving and codifying how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the optimal means of reducing problems with White and/or non-white co-workers, remaining free of demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other numerous difficulties we generally experience under White Supremacist working conditions should be certain to call in and share specifics. Victims of Racism who are "self-employed" are encouraged to disclose their experiences with Racism as an entrepreneur. We'll hear suggestions from listeners as well as individual observations from your own work environment. We'll continue to ask that non-white listeners share important sections of the rules and regulations from your current place of employment. The daily police shootings have added an additional noxious element to many work environments.
