Hi and welcome to another episode of the Creative Introvert Entrepreneur Podcast, which is hosted by Kim Beasley, an Introvert Entrepreneur Coach. The focus of this show is to help introverts build your business brand online. A favorite quote of this show is Introverts Unite. Inspiring you with this quote so it can encourage you to be successful at building your business brand online. For this podcast episode, Dr. Laura Jaget shares tips to help you learn how to become free from stress and overwhelm as you learn to use your voice on their own terms. About our guest, Dr. Laura Jaget:Dr. Laura Jaget (Dr. L.J. for short), and in her “adult” life so far, she has been a nationally ranked NCAA Division I tennis player, a chiropractor, a business owner, a wife, a mother of four amazing, accomplished children, a healer, a teacher, dabbled in boxing, marksmanship, ballroom dancing, and most recently, she has been playing senior pro pickleball. Wow, that sounds pretty impressive, especially since in her mind she felt like she didn’t know anything while she was doing all this stuff. And she believes she didn’t. The adult world didn’t care about her degrees or accolades. It just expected her to know how to file her taxes, iron clothes, feed her family, change a diaper, reconcile her bank account, decide between a 36, 48 or 60 month lease, pump her own gas, know what deductible to choose, and be a confident, competent asset to potential employers, to her family, and most importantly to herself. But somehow she learned, and because she is a doctor and a mother, she fixed, taught, and encouraged many others – A LOT! She created the YouTube channel, How To Life – Mominars because she got tired of repeating the same instruction over and over again when she was teaching her own children - and many of their friends- basic life skills. How To Life Mominars Answer Your QuestionsThe term HOW TO LIFE came about because her kids used to come to her and say “Hey, Mom, I have a How To Life question” whenever they needed to know how to do something, or work something. And she would joke that she would hold a MOMINAR about the topic, and all were welcome so that she would only have to explain, whatever it was, once. What is a MOMINAR? This is simply a seminar given by a Mom. It is a term she uses to describe a brief tutorial about any topic where she shows how to do basic life tasks as simply as possible. Final ThoughtsThanks for listening in as I interviewed Dr. Laura Jaget while she shared her knowledge. Once again, this is the Creative Introvert Entrepreneur Podcast and I’m the host, Kim Beasley. Hi and welcome to another episode of the Creative Introvert Entrepreneur Podcast, which is hosted by Kim Beasley, an Introvert Entrepreneur Coach. The focus of this show is to help introverts build their business brand online. A favorite quote of this show is Introverts Unite. Inspiring you with this quote so it can encourage you to be successful at building your business brand online. For this podcast episode, Sophie Morris will share tips on how to become free from stress and overwhelm as you grow your business. About our guest, Sophie:Sophie helps quiet professionals and business owners become free from stress and overwhelm and learn to use their voice on their own terms through expert, one-to-one coaching and courses. A qualified coach, she has created the QUIET coaching system—a transformative system designed specifically for introverts. Sophie works with introverts because she feels passionately that quiet people have a hard time in a world designed for extroverts; where they may feel written off or ignored. It can feel that the person who shouts loudest is the one that is listened to, but it doesn’t have to be this way. She helps her clients cut through the noise and be heard while utilising their unique introvert skills and talents and staying true to who they really are. Sophie’s approach is individual, supportive, preventative, effective and calm. All her work comes from a place of support, compassion, encouragement, honesty and kindness. With a bit of accountability, too. Sophie is a member of the Association for Coaching and the International Coach Federation, two of the leading regulatory bodies in a largely unregulated industry. This means that you can relax knowing you are in safe hands. For this podcast episode, Fifi Mason shares tips that will help you to market your business online so you can connect with your target buyers. About FifiFifi Mason inspires introvert entrepreneurs to build a personal brand business that's in flow with their energy and personality. As host of The Quietly Successful Summit 2020, she helped over 700 introvert entrepreneurs alongside introverted industry experts such as Mark Schaefer, Matthew Pollard and Clare Josa. But there was a time when just the thought of hosting a summit or posting about herself on social media was terrifying. When she started as a freelance Brand and Web Designer, she knew the benefits of building a personal brand and putting herself out there. But after trying all the conventional 'out-there' marketing tactics to be seen and heard, she still struggled to do it consistently. The problem? She was scared to be herself, and it showed. Fifi hadn’t figured out her values, discovered her purpose, or found her voice. So she set out to learn everything she could to build her personal brand and attract clients in a way that is authentic to her, an introvert. Everything she learned she put into practice, and she now feels more focused, prepared and less afraid to show up. And her mission has become inspiring to other introvert business owners to find their own way. Final ThoughtsThanks for listening in as Fifi shared her knowledge about marketing your business online during this podcast, the Creative Introvert Entrepreneur Podcast. Listen in to the full podcast as Dr. Simon shares tips that will help you grow your business online. His tips center in on creating a marketing strategy and figuring out your business "why". About Dr. SimonSimon started his working life as a research scientist and his PhD looked at the environmental causes of childhood leukemias. For World Introvert Day, I compiled a special podcast of 14 industry leaders who share top tips to help you jumpstart your business in 2021. If you are you an introvert entrepreneur and you want to grow your business in 2021 with tips from industry leaders, then this podcast is for you. You can listen below. The special compilation podcast includes 1 tip from each leader. In upcoming weeks, I will release their full podcast. It's AWESOME! History of World Introvert DayWorld Introvert Day is about bringing awareness about the inward-focused world of introverts, and that their actions and habits don’t make them less normal. Many studies have shown that introverts, despite their habits, are an important minority that work behind the scenes of an extroverted world to keep it functioning. So, each year, many introverts take this time to recharge by doing their favorite hobbies after the exciting events of the major holidays and prepare themselves for the year to come. There are many blog sites that focus their audience on the aspects of introversion, and even celebrate it, and so World Introvert Day is a huge highlight in observing the world of introverts.
