Nicole is kind and gentle and encourages us to be kind and gentle to ourselves. I believe that my fibro is caused by emotional distress and holding tension in the body, and with Nicole's education and all the real-time heals she showcases on her podcast I now have hope that I will get back to my active and strong carefree self again. This work takes a lot from us. It's not easy. I've been casually listening to this podcast for months and have only just accepted that maybe, just maybe, this can work, that I can get better, that I can take back my power over my mind and body. For me, there is nothing medically wrong with me, aside from anxiety and depression. I have tried physical therapies and expensive cortisone shits, and seen specialists, all to no avail. So now I am at a place where I am surrendering to my condition and opening my mind to healing. You have the power to save yourself, but only you can. Thanks Nicole.
