John was also the CEO of Sam's Club from 2017 to 2019, and his work and legacy there stand as a testament to the type of man he is. One of the most remarkable things about John is his journey with Walmart, starting out in 1993 as an hourly associate and working his way up and through as many positions as you can imagine, to his role in leadership today.
