He is someone who has been an inspiration for many, born in Orissa, India, he is fond of reading books since childhood and his deep understanding of diverse topics made him establish himself as an environmental economist and then as a supreme court lawyer. After serving the nation under national Services he decided to work for the United Nations and presently serving as the head of UNEP headquarter in New York and as the United Nations Assistant Secretary-General.
