RATING
Great audio drama! Messed up and accidentally listened to the last episode first, haha, but still good!
A solid offering from QCode, one of my favourites from the company. The voice acting is excellent and there is a good story that delivers upon the interesting, if terrifying, premise. The ending is rather lacklustre and I don't think the potential of the general story idea is fully explored but overall it is an enjoyable series to binge.
Good, but the ending was meh.
The implications of this story is almost too frightening to imagine - but here we are! This postapocalyptic mystery thriller manages to describe dreams, past memories, thoughts and big emotions in such an effortless and skilful way. You really feel all the feels. At the same time the story is well written, with tension, suspence and excitement. I´m impressed - and hooked right away!
High-quality production with a very interesting story. I do hope they produce more episodes!
This cast is very deep I'm bored at home so I decided to listen to a bit and I am in love.
I'm still chasing the Left Right Game -- but this was equally impressive. Some of the story still exists with me as I'm wandering through the day. Qcode rocks!
First episodes seemed good but now they introduced the SPOILER ALERT........................................................ crazy serial killer and I lost interest.
I loved the plot, however the ending was a bit confusing... but yeah, how do you end a story like this?? Don't get me wrong... It was ok :) the acting is top-notch for sure.
I haven’t listened yet. Still browsing
This is not just a story you listen to, this is a psychedelic experience, I couldn't get myself to stop listening to episode after episode until I realized I had lay awake all night binging them all. This drama is more than the simple disaster movies where some various forms of apocalypse has come to kill everyone and that's the end. There is a deep esoteric subplot of weird that is woven into the story in such a riveting way that the words they use will stick with you for weeks or months after you listen. Don't trust the elephant.
amazing just amazing
It was amazing.
I really enjoyed this podcast. The actors are very believable, the story is well written and the sound is great! I’m pretty fussy when it comes to audio drama so this was a pleasant surprise. It would translate well into film like Homecoming did. I’m loving this radio drama revival! Whoohoo!
The plot is pretty easy-writted and goes on predictible rails. The end also isn't really complete I would say, many questions stay openned, wich can be fine sometimes but feels more like a lack of lore developpement here. But it stays an high quality production, with most of the time a great voice acting and a convincing audio design. The plot stays very enjoyable to follow and give a somewhat original view on the apocalypse.
Good voice acting, interesting story. However, for me, the ending felt... short lived. I was hoping for a lot more, still worth a listen though!
Great writing, acting and sound. I binged this one, lots of fun. Very engaging. Recomended.
Amazing! Still hoping they come out with a season 2
This was a great story! I binged it in one day!
Everybody loves sleep. Ya need it to live. But in this audio drama world, living means no sleep. I'm a big fan of the story idea. The first person narration from Markiplier fills gaps and allows descriptions you couldn't do with a "this is totally someone with a recorder." The impressionism of day dreams and silly commercials adds a comical break from the otherwise mental bombs. There are some anxiety and mental health triggers as they try to stay awake but they do have ads for a counseling service. The production quality is superb. The sound effects help you get into the story and visualize the analogies in the main character's head. If you enjoy thrillers, zombies, and conspiracy theories, then don't ever go to sleep.
