The film was an unconventional summer blockbuster about explorations of faith and science through the lens of Carl Sagan's novel about the search for extraterrestrial life and the questions that linger about who we are and what we believe. The three of us have an honest and open conversation about the possibilities and the wonders of what lies beyond our understanding, as well as an unpacking of the wrestling we all do between our faith and our skepticism.
