What is the Flip N’ Shift Process? Well ….its a 7 step multi-faceted approach to changing the way you think by reprogramming old thinking patterns to then assessing if your behavior is in alignment with the newly reprogrammed thinking. We then work on reconditioning unconscious and/or conscious mental and physical behaviors. By doing so, your mind and body will once again become synched. If there are remaining imbalances you will learn biohacking methods to help fully heal the gut and the body. This is setting you up for a mindset of PREDICT and PREVENT.
