In this episode, we have two features about "stepping up."
First, we talk with Danny Plasencia, assistant athletic director, and Logan Kidd, assistant director of development, about exciting new initiatives for Sycamore fans. We discuss the ever-changing rules and playing field that COVID-19 has brought on, and what we Sycamore supporters can look forward to on our next visit to Hulman Center.
Then we talk with Cassie McPherron, who leads the Indiana State chapter of Camp Kesem, which is a nationwide community, driven by passionate college student leaders, that supports children whose parents are battling cancer. It's a wonderful and inspiring program.
We also cover these news headlines:
- The spring semester has been adjusted to mitigate the potential impact of COVID-19.
- An alumnus and her husband made a $250,000 gift commitment to the university
- Lincoln Quad is no more
