Changing bad habits sucks, sometimes. In this case it turned out to be awesome. Now, it sucked at first, but the benefits of exercising self-control have proven to be the best thing I could have ever done. Imagine that, following God’s word and using fruits of the Spirit turn out to work in my favor…This is part of my weight-loss story. It’s not complete, but I am miles from where I was, and the effects of physical discipline have proven to dramatically affect my spiritual discipline.
