Russell is an addiction specialist, life and wellness coach in addition to being a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor/ Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. 

Russell owns and operates Wellness Seekers Unlimited, LLC an online life & wellness coaching program that helps people transform their lives through eating better, thinking better and growing spiritually.

Russell's primary focus is to help clients both in his coaching practice and his clinical practice to cultivate personal wellness practices simultaneously in areas of mind, body and spirit in addition to helping them create the life they love.

Russell has overcome his own personal issues around addiction and mental health through hard work that included the 12 steps, nutrition, exercise, prayer, meditation and written cognitive practices. His goal is to help others do the same.
