She traveled and lived in several different countries in both Asia and Europe.  Now she lives in Bend, OR where she became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist because of illnesses not only with her children, but herself.  With conventional medicine not seeming to work she started researching about the foods we eat and what she discovered impacted her life and now she is impacting others.  She imparts not only wisdom about healthy eating but also lifestyle changes.
