Today we are looking at Purpose and being accountable so that we can understand the "why" behind your yes!

 Let's think about that for just a moment; when you say YES to everything, you're automatically saying NO to the things you may find important.

There is an opportunity cost to saying yes to all things all of the time - and this can be where People Pleasing enters the room.

When we take a step back and really understand why we are committing to something, it becomes clear whether or not we will:

a. actually have the time and capacity to follow through

b. it's something we really want to show up for

c. reduce the feelings of guilt, stress and anxiety 

 There is great benefit to saying no to commitments, especially when you don't understand the why behind the decision, because it leaves room in your life to fully commit to those things/habits/tasks/projects that you genuinely feel excited to focus on.
