Episode 57 of The Get More Podcast: How to Relate to Others
In this episode we discuss why you need to develop the skill of being able to relate to others (instead of assuming everyone else has to relate to us).
Change is so difficult, but when we are able to relate to the people around us it makes dealing with that change a little bit easier.
People change all the time and unless you understand how to pause and collect more information it is very easy to make negative assumptions and become rigid (or fixed) in your thinking, which means dealing with the changes become more and more difficult.
So let's talk about it!
