This week we are taking a look at why we need to figure out how to "unlearn" our old habits, thoughts, and beliefs especially when presented with change.

It's no secret that change is hard for most of us, but part of that difficulty is due to the fact that we are faced with this wave of, "ugh, I need to learn a new way to do that!?".

It's not exciting to learn something new, especially when we've already learned a different way of doing it!

Until now.

Strong leadership requires us to be able to shift and incorporate new ideas as we go and build a new habit of deciding that change is good, old ways don't have to stay, and adjusting is simply part of the process.

So let's get into it!
