Glenn exhibits a great deal of passion and expertise whilst educating us about 'Thinsanity' (which is also the name of his best selling book). I continue to marvel at the empathy shown to his audience, particularly when it comes from a young and handsome man (which is often the demographic that judges women of size harshly). If I could give this podcast 6 stars, I would.
