The Dark Web. It doesn't have the best reputation. In truth, most people don't even know it exists but for those who do, it's largely considered to be the seedy underbelly of the internet. It's a rotten, dirty place full of thieves, hackers, and predators of all types; or is it? Does the Dark Web deserve the reputation that it has?
