The first season of this podcast was outstanding. It was loaded with strategies that anyone can use to safeguard their own mental health. Every episode was a revelation.Season 2 was about historical ideas about happiness, which was a little less useful in that it wasn't really based on the science of happiness, except when Santos brought in corroborating evidence wherever she could.Season 3 has been a disappointment. It seems to be more focused on celebrities than the science of happiness. She does still talk to an expert in each episode, but that happens after someone who is not a scientist gives their (not very useful) opinion. There is still good information in here, but you have to persevere to get to it, and the cross-over opportunities seem to take precedence over the life-saving advice. My recommendation would be to listen to Season 1 and then unsubscribe.
