Excellent audiodrama! You can clearly hear there are som extremely talented cast and crew behind this. It´s got all the ingredients of a great thriller /horror story: Suspicious deaths, religion, superstition and even a landscape that seems to play along, making me think of some of the Sherlock Holmes stories. Everything is very well done, especially the acting. The only thing is there maybe should be some trigger warnings, but don´t miss out on this amazing show

This podcast is AMAZING. I listen to tons of audiodrama and was blown away by this. I binged it in a day. The acting and soundscape is cinematic. PS if you like the white vault you'll love this.

Absolutely agree with all comments here. This Podcast had me hooked from the first episode. Voice acting was very good as backgrounds to create atmosphere.

I absolutely love this podcast. It's very well played by, a favourite actress of mine, Joanne Froggatt. The other actors are just as good and asks are playing their part naturally. No script reading (even though they probably do), just across.The story itself is intense and gripping, and the setting is a remote community in Scotland.I really recommend this podcast. And most things that comes from British productions.

High quality voice acting, very intense atmosphere in the early episodes, intriguing story unfortunately some interesting characters are introduced and set up, but never interacted with again. Wish there were more episodes, really enjoyable. Watch it.

Good spooky story, I loved the police investigation-with-a-twist format. Excellent voice acting all-round and an atmospheric setting. Kept me happily distracted for an afternoon 🙂

Solid podcast. There is a significant plot choice made which I think affects people's final scores for it (and has affected mine), but it is a good podcast with a lot to like. If there was to be a second season I could potentially up my score, but I did not get the impression they were setting up a second season, so . . .

Well acted and produced. I really like the blend of multiple monotheistic religious iconography and pre-Christian religion and the way it's introduced to drive the plot. Good voice acting and a very identifiable lead character.

Story was okay! There was one thing I wish they'd made clearer, some elements were clunky, the ending was good. Very good voice acting and production. Would listen to a sequel, probably wouldn't relisten otherwise. Do recommend.

A better than average supernatural tale set on a Scottish island. Familiar British actress Joanne Froggett leads a talented cast as the detective recalling her work on an unsettling case.There's nothing actually outright wrong about the show but I just got the feeling it had the potential to be even better. The script could have done with some more fine tuning as dialogue is clunky in places and at times plot points aren't explored in enough depth. The characters stand out, which they don't always in audio drama, but would have benefited from even more focus. I also think the island itself was underutilised and with even greater sound design and mythology installed, it could have truly been a captivating setting. Would be interested in a second season, either as a direct follow-up or as a related but separate strand of stories.

Not "meh". Great sound production, interesting story, quality acting. Worth a shot for sure.
