Ben chats with Jose Ocampo, a 45 year old manual labor worker who is longing for a better life. Jose tells his inspiring story about coming from an industrial working family and his experience of wanting a sales job and wanting to make more money for his family. Ben takes him under his wing and vows to help him get into the mortgage business.
