Today's episode I introduce you to the project I am working on - The Inner Man Project. ·        The Inner Man Project is a non-profit organization (Corporate Name Pending) and community support group, that’s focus is to shine a light on the darkness that is men’s mental illness and mental health. To end the stigma that men are weak because they are sick, struggling, or dealing with unresolved trauma.  To promote positive masculinity through our 3 core values – PURPOSE – EMPATHY – COMMUNICATION -
