Thanks for tuning into the show. Today's episode is simply an awareness to the ongoing crisis that continues to grow like wildfire within our communities and that is Mental Illness. My apologies for getting emotional during the show, some longer pauses than I would like. Even though it is something I discuss openly, it still makes me choke up a bit.The focus of this episode was to start the conversation, have the difficult discussion and be a resource or a helping hand to someone in need. Today more than ever we need Love and accept one another. We need Empathy and to understand each other. We need to have an open dialogue, and discuss this more than ever.Join the conversation #DynamicDiscussions
