Good episode? Give it some love!
Niraj was a community pharmacist for 7 years and I can relate to him as many of you know, I worked as a research scientist for a pharmaceutical company.
Niraj was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which causes long-lasting inflammation and ulcers in the digestive tract. He tried all sort of medication with no improvement in his health. That’s when he embarked upon a journey of profound healing and eventually broke free from the burdens of his illness without medication.
He calls himself The Renegade Pharmacist and is a Founder of SOMA Breath where he empowers people with knowledge, tools, and techniques about breathing and healing. His teaching is backed by the scientific research and ancient wisdom of pranayama.
In this episode, you will learn:
  • The power of breathing.
  • Creating the right balance of Oxygen in the body.
  • Breathing techniques for living a long and healthy life.
  • Nose breathing vs mouth breathing.
  • Benefits of breath retention or Kumbaka and a lot.
