They would find the ancient wisdom about the topic and also the latest research. After doing this for 52 weeks, they put their learning together on a book called 52 Red Pills which was released earlier this year.   Siddharth breaks down his process of hyper-learning for you to set your own learning journey.   This is almost like a masterclass on Hyper-learning.
