Erin Pride, has served as the Dance Director at Rosa Parks High School of Fine & Performing Arts for the past 14 years. She received her BFA in dance from Montclair State University, Master degree in Dance Education from New York University, and toured with Pilobolus Creative Services.  Erin helped in the development of the New Jersey High School Dance Festival, the establishment of the Inner City Ensemble Summer Youth Intensive, and wrote the Paterson Public Schools Dance Curriculum and assessments.  This past year Erin launched Dance Boss with Erin Pride, a dance education consulting platform where through podcasting, public speaking, workshops, blogging, and consulting she helps dance educators and studio owners systemize their classrooms.
