Life Changing!

This is why I love the Joe Rogan Experience. He has guests on who are just plain fascinating. David Goggins talks about being a Navy SEAL, being in war, and being an endurance athlete. I appreciate Rogan's ability to talk intelligently about all of these on his show. Worth a listen!

Crazy stories of suffering, also interesting at times. While one will most likely appreciate David's drive, I don't know if it's best to follow in his footsteps.
