James Cary talks to Dr Rico Villanueva from Manila in the Philippines. Rico is a seminary teacher, author and Scholar Care Coordinator (Asia), Langham Scholars. He has also written It's Okay to be Not Okay and speaks about how lamenting shows that we still have hope. Rico will be speaking on this theme at this year's Virtually Keswick Convention 2020.
