It's an interesting representation of the case, but ultimately not very credible. The podcast holds itself out as an investigation with no bias, but like most others only presents the theory that the creators prefer. In many they only focus on the theories involving the family; this one only considers the intruder theory. You do hear a lot about other suspects that aren't commonly mentioned, but ultimately that seems to be because none of them are actually credible suspects. There are also claims made that leave out or directly contradict information prevalent amongst other sources. It's admirable that the creators wanted to give a voice to the less-considered intruder theory and the family's side of the story, but by inaccurately describing itself as unbiased while presenting biased information and devoting a lot of time to "leads" that are major stretches while simply pretending others don't exist, it hurts its own credibility and works against its own goal from the beginning.
