Today on The Kondrat Podcast, I sat down with Doug Gillespie, VP of Marketing with Hydropool Hot Tubs to have a conversation about creativity, being an entrepreneur, and helping to build a successful business.  Aside from being a successful business person, Doug is a committed father of two children and a proud coach with the Special Olympics.
