This time I talk with Tristan White the founder and Chief Enthusiasm Officer of The Physio Co.

Impressively The Physio Co. or TPC has been on the Business Review Weekly's 50 best places to work list for the past 7 years. In 2014 TPC was acknowledged as the best place to work in Australia by being listed as number 1 for companies under 100 employee's. The Physio Co continues to grow and serve nationwide, with the team growing to 100 people who will deliver over 200,000 unique consultations to Australian aged care residents in 2016 alone.

Tristan is passionate about his business, the culture that he cultivates within the company and of course the people he works with.  In our conversation we cover Tristan's leadership journey, establishing and growing The Physio Co and his approach to leadership development.  And I almost forgot to ask - but remembered just in time - we talked working from home or telecommuting, as Tristan works from his property  2 - 3 days a week, to spend more time with his young family.

This is an information dense episode and I hope you enjoy it.
