Today, we’re getting back to the biohacking roots of The Life Stylist – and then going a step beyond.
I’ve scoured the Earth looking for anything and everything that might help me feel great, think more clearly, and stay on the winning side of the battle against addiction. I’ve been injected with poisonous Amazonian frog venom, endured weeks of neurofeedback meditation in an isolation chamber, and recently spent a weekend communing with mother Ayahuasca.
Our guest, Troy Casey, went on a similar world tour in his journey to becoming one of the world’s leading longevity authorities and the “Certified Health Nut.” He’s worked with indigenous tribes in the Amazon as a medicine hunter, studied the ancient Vipassana Meditation technique Ashtanga Yoga, and worked closely with Paul Chek at the world-famous C.H.E.K. Institute.
He has since successfully restored physical, mental, and emotional balance to clients who have failed with all other systems using a unique, simple, and nature-informed holistic approach that anyone can follow. And, honestly, if you want some indication that this system works, look at some pictures of Troy – it’s nuts that this guy is in his 50s.
Today, Troy’s work goes a step beyond biohacking your own body and mind. He has a grand vision for co-creating a world with clean air, water, soil, and equitable systems for all mankind in his lifetime – something he believes is absolutely attainable. To complete the mission, though, we need two things: a complete systems change that values competition over creativity, in every area of life (energy, agriculture, commerce, media, government, etc.), and a collective rising of consciousness to support the new systems.
So, are you ready to rise up and join Troy in his campaign to improve the world? If you aren’t now, I think you will be after hearing him talk.
