We'd like to break our normal schedule and format today so that we can take some time to hop on the mic ourselves and give a little update as to what's going on in our lives and what are plans are for the rest of 2014.In today's show Devon and I share some of the challenges we've faced so far in 2014, some of the successes and small wins we've had along the way, and we lay out some plans for the rest of the year - which include some big ones for this site.There is still a lot of time left in 2014. If you've been reflecting on your health with the change of season don't be discouraged. It's not too late to get active and start making progress on those plans you had - don't wait until the new year to reset your goals and actions.We're really excited for what's to come for the rest of 2014 and we look forward to staying close with our listeners throughout the process.
