You’ve probably heard of CrossFit, but my world champion guest today takes it to another level.

Michael Cazayoux is CEO of brUTE Strength Training, which teaches people how to train to become a world champion CrossFitter. By the way, Michael is a two-time world champion for CrossFit. With his team, he won the CrossFit Affiliate World Cup Championship in 2012 and 2013.

But when he started CrossFit, he was getting last place in his classes every day.

“I’m not a freak athlete that walked into the gym and was crushing everybody,” he tells me in this episode.

Michael says he believes any average person can become more if they put in the time and effort, a mentality that applies in fitness, business, and life.

I talk to Michael about what you can do to get in shape quickly and stay in shape. We go over some of the techniques he’s used to increase his physical, mental, and emotional fitness. His fitness, you could say, crosses multiple areas of his life.

The key sticking point to get in shape, he says, is to get into a solid routine.

A routine helps you trust yourself more and builds confidence.
