Do you face challenges head on or search for the easy way around?

My guest today, Thom King, is the founder and CEO of Steviva Brand Sweeteners. He's also a ketogenic lifestyle expert and author of the book "Guy Gone Keto," which will be out in September 2017.

Thom believes that Lions thrive in adversity. His story reflects that.

In 1999, he ran into an old friend who had just brought back some stevia leaves from Paraguay.

While tasting the sweet leaves, Thom could almost taste entrepreneurial success. The kind of success that can also help change people's lives for the better.

But on his way to success, he tripped over his own ambition and ran out of money.

In this episode, he tells me the seriously humbling act he had to go through with to get his act together and take his business to the next level.

He also tells me of the personal paradigm shift in his own lifestyle he made before he finally started to make money.
