Signature Cocktail: the Depth Charge

Still sweet and brightly coloured, but with a transmetal 2 kick. Maximise at your own risk.

• 2 1/2oz Vodka
• 1/2oz dry vermouth
• 3/4oz Chambord
• Twist of orange peel
• Brut champagne

Combine liquors in a shaker with ice, and shake until combined. Strain into champagne flute. Twist orange peel over glass, and rub around the rim. top up with champagne.
