Welcome back to the podcast. In this episode I am delighted to introduce Dr Dzung X. Vo, MD, FAAP, FSAHM.  Dr Vo is an Adolescent Medicine Specialist and Head of the Vision of Adolescent Health and Medicine at BC Children's hospital. He is co-founder and Director of the BC Children's Hospital Centre for Mindfulness, University of British Columbia. He is also the author of the book The Mindful Teen.  In this conversation we discuss his own journey with mindfulness and how he has incorporated this into his clinical work and its particular practical application in teens and adolescence.  This is a timely and pertinent conversation in the current global climate and Dr Dzung shares his expertise and wisdom in a truly accessible and practical format.  Recommended reading and listening for young adults, parents, teachers, doctors and indeed everyone.
