This is an extremely informative podcast. I have listened to every episode in a few months. These guys are straight forward and really seem to want to provide a free education. This day in age to provide this kind of content for free is unheard of. The content itself is an in-depth look into what it take to locate, purchase, and run a MHP. I have learned an incredible amount from Kevin and Charles. I am now building a database and am looking to buy my own park asap. If you guys are reading this, thank you.

Kevin Bupp, the host of this podcast as well as Real Estate Investing for Cashflow, is an amazing human being. He is a fantastic interviewer and always keeps the conversation rolling with relevant and pertinent information. He has a great ability to distill complex topics into easily digestible dialogue for his podcast followers and is very charitable not only with his advice and information sharing to fellow investors but also to his local community through several charitable organizations that help to feed families during the holidays. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to both of Kevin's podcasts over the past several years and look forward to many more episodes. As a subscriber and regular listener to 30+ podcasts (listening at 2.8x speed is helpful), this is one of my most anticipated and favored shows. Keep up the great work Kevin and Charles!
