Popular Reviews of The Nagging Naturalist

I've been a follower of The Nagging Naturalist's social media pages for quite a while, and I've learned a great deal about a wide variety of animals. This podcast takes the host's love of animals and brings it to you in an entirely new format. So far, she's only done one episode, on the Hellbender (one of North America's largest salamanders), but it was vastly informative. One aspect I wasn't expecting, but which was appreciated was her conservation messaging at the end, teaching a layman like myself of how we can explain the importance of wildlife conservation to those around us. I'm definitely looking forward to future episodes.

The podcast is very new at the time of this review (only 1 episode!) but it is very clear that Kristen is knowledgeable, passionate, and a devote scientific communicator. She broke her episode down into clear chunks while discussing her animal of the month, including fun biology facts but also information relevant to human life, economic activity, and environmental conservation efforts. For people who love natural spaces and want to learn more about the animals in them, this podcast is a lot of fun!
