Bethaney Wilkinson has spent more than a decade exploring the intersections of community, racial justice, and social change as a writer, leader, and social entrepreneur. In addition, she founded The Diversity Gap, a groundbreaking initiative that studies equity-centered institutional change.
Today, Bethaney shares with Eddie some of her story, how she came to be the activist and entrepreneur she is now, and what we can do to create the cultures we want.
